MEDITERRANEAN SHORT RIB – gf
A beautifully marbled 8 oz. Beef Short Rib seared then slowly braised in Olives, Capers, Tomato, Basil, and Red Wine until it’s deliciously melt-in-your mouth tender, resting on a bed of Garlic and Herb Whipped Potatoes. Served with an intensely flavored pan sauce from the braising process, and Buttered Broccolini.
