The Fireside Kitchen is seeking candidates for our open Line Cook position!

Duties include:

  • inspects, portions, arranges and garnishes food for guests all while ensuring safe, sanitary food handling practices
  • responsible for regulating temperatures of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters
  • stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to ensure a smooth service period
  • ability to learn line cooking stations which includes broiler set-up, plating of the broiler food, middle set-up and plating of the food made in the middle

We are considering part-time and full-time applicants who are available to work shifts/hours Wednesday through Sunday.

Do you enjoy helping people find a unique and one of a kind gift? The Fireside Gift Shop is seeking friendly, outgoing and personable candidates!

As a Gift Shop Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • assisting our guests hand pick a special gift
  • answer any questions they may have regarding our products/promotions
  • conclude your interaction by ringing up their purchases at the cash register

This is a fast paced position, as our gift shops receive an abundance of customers in the shops all at once. You will be on your feet for the majority of your shift and requires you to have the ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds. Associates are also responsible for restocking merchandise by the end of their shifts.

Thursday: 9:45 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. & 4:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.

Friday: 9:45 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. & 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Saturday: 9:45 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. & 4:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.

Sunday: 9:45 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. & 1:15 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

The Fireside Restaurant is seeking energetic candidates with sparkling personalities to join our Server Team!

Server duties include:

  • greeting our guests
  • serving drinks and food
  • enhancing our guests’ dining experience through friendly conversation

Our servers also assist with prep duties in the kitchen at the beginning of their shift, as well as clean up/set up at the end of each shift. Servers will also be trained  on the appropriate time to deliver each course and how to anticipate the needs of our guests.

Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. & 3:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

Friday: 8:45 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. & 3:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
